Return Policy for [Your Brand Name] Double-Edge Razors

1. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your item.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with the original packaging, labels, and all accessories included.

Returns are accepted primarily for items with manufacturing or workmanship defects. In such cases, we will replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a full refund at your discretion.

Please note: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repairs or replacements for defective items at our discretion. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

4. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Provide Information: Have your order number and details about the reason for return ready.
  • Ship the Item: After receiving the RMA number and shipping instructions, securely package the item and all its components and mail it back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
