We will also open our test tracking page to allow subsequent testers to monitor progress. This live dashboard will be updated in real-time with each tester's feedback report.

All testers can access the centralized tracking page to view real-time progress and peer feedback, ensuring continuity and informed participation throughout the testing cycle.

1. Testing Product Details

The product for testing is the Assassin DE Razor. Please note the following:

• While the test units differ from the official version in minor details, all core parameters are identical.
• All test samples are of the polished finished, including three base plates with different blade gaps.
• Test units will use the official packaging. However, this packaging may be damaged during transit, which could disrupt the testing process. Therefore, all participants are requested to keep the packaging intact as much as possible to ensure the test proceeds smoothly.

2. Adjustment to Mainland China Testing Region

Initially, we planned to launch testing in three regions simultaneously: North America, Europe, and Mainland China. However, adjustments will be made to the Mainland China region for the following reasons:

After two months of in-depth communication and observation, we recognized that we are not fully equipped to manage the Mainland China testing. The Mainland China market is not purely transactional, as it is heavily influenced by interpersonal relationships. Within the wet shaving community, there is interest rivalry among various parties, leading to complex interpersonal dynamics.

As a brand led by craftsmen, we excel in addressing technical and craftsmanship-related issues rather than navigating complex interpersonal relationships. Therefore, we have decided to transfer full responsibility for Mainland China's testing and all subsequent Mainland China-related services to our sister brand, ARNOBRUSH—a brand more experienced in managing such complex interpersonal scenarios. We will remain committed to our "craftsman-oriented" purity, avoiding distractions from complex relationship management that could compromise our product development and service quality.

3. Regional Differences in Razor Handles

The test samples will feature different razor handles across the three regions:

• North America: "Xuanyuan" handle
• Europe: "Fuxi" handle
• Mainland China: "Kunwu" handle

4. Testing Mode: Pass-around Testing

This test will adopt a Pass-around Testing model, meaning each participant is responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the sample to the next participant. The specific rules are as follows:

1. A maximum of 10 participants will be selected per region.
2. Under the Pass-around Testing model, each participant must bear the shipping cost for sending the sample to the next participant.
3. Each participant will have 3 days for testing. Please arrange your beard condition appropriately and attempt to test all three base plates if possible.
4. After completing the test, the last participant in each region must return the sample to us. We will cover the shipping cost for this step, as intercontinental shipping fees are relatively high.
5. Participants are not allowed to lend the test unit to others—this is critical to ensuring test integrity.
6. A Facebook group will be created to coordinate the transfer order and facilitate communication among all participants.
7. We will also update the entire delivery process daily on the official website to facilitate subsequent testers in tracking progress.

5. Registration & Eligibility Screening

Due to limited test slots, eligibility will be screened based on two key criteria: wet shaving experience and beard type. The level of experience determines the comprehensiveness and professionalism of feedback, while beard type provides valuable references for other users. These two factors are core to our screening process.

5.1 Core Experience Requirements

• Over 5 years of wet shaving experience.
• Experience using more than 30 DE razors (double edge razors).

5.2 Beard Type Requirement

Participants must specify their beard type. If possible, please provide a photo of your beard for more intuitive reference.

5.3 Additional Requirements

This test requires a certain investment of time and effort. We expect participants to complete the test as thoroughly as possible and submit a detailed test report.

6. Feedback Guidelines

While there is no strict format for test reports, we have outlined the following key points to help participants organize their feedback:

First, please specify the blade model used during testing—different blades have varying sharpness, which is critical for providing intuitive feedback. You may focus on the following dimensions:

1. First Impression Upon Handling: This is subjective and may involve unconscious comparisons with other razor brands you own. For example, you could describe the exquisiteness, aesthetics, and size of the razor head.
2. Razor Feel Feedback: Such as weight and balance point. Preferences vary by user—some prefer heavier razor heads, while others prefer lighter ones. This feedback is also subjective.
3. Shaving Feel Feedback: Such as gentleness or aggressiveness. More specific descriptions may include: whether the blade feel is noticeable, the texture of the safety bar, the smoothness of the top cap, performance at different blade angles, and how easy it is to find the optimal blade angle.
4. Impressions of the Three Base Plates: Such as shaving closeness, beard capture ability, and debris discharge ability. There are significant performance differences between the base plates, so this feedback is particularly important.
5. Of course, exquisite SOTD photos must be included, as non-official photos can also provide valuable references for more wetshavers.
